During a phone call to make a reservation the guy was very rude. Once we arrive the day of guest were all present but I wanted to surprise the birthday guy, so I asked for everyone else to walk in and we would walk in 2-3 mins after so he wouldnβt see everyone until he walked in, the older guy was RUDE as ever and said NO. I decided to let it go and just have everyone meet in the main entrance. The chefs were amazing, the host was cool but the older Asian man who pretty much tells who to do what was just rude. He doesnβt know how to properly communicate and he doesnβt allow you to say anything without talking over you and yelling. So although the food was good, I donβt think we will be visiting again anytime soon. Slightly disappointed but he was rude with his behavior and open with it, I think itβs his normal.

Forced 18 percent gratuity. For a party of 2. Never again. $1.99 convenience fee too. Trying to figure this out. What's the convenience.

We had a fantastic experience at Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse. The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the atmosphere was great, perfect for a fun night out with the family. What really made the evening stand out was the team. Our server was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed right on time. Then, our hibachi chef was hilarious and incredibly creative with his skills while preparing the meal right in front of us. Great food, tons of laughs, and an excellent vibe.

I used to love coming here but after going on two seperate occasions the food has gone down hill. After leaving the people i dined with all experienced stomach issues for 2 days. The starter soup was like drinking pure salt, the hibachi was not cooked to order. Steaks under cooked, chicken and shrimp burnt, noodles, rice and veggies tasted like soap. Initially I thought it was just us, however I talked to the others sat near us and we all had the same conclusion. Hibachi is no longer an option. I will say the servers were very kind, and the sushi was great. Unfortunately Wasabi is no longer a top choice for Hibachi.

1st time at this particular Wasabi. Had about a 15 min wait because I was a party of 2. Did not think that was bad at all. Our waitress was amazing and on point, by taking dirty dishes and refills on our drinks. I ordered 2 sushi rolls. A Tuna and a Salmon. Both were fresh and delicious. My son and I both ordered the Shogun steak. Both meals were delicious, and the portions were big enough to need a box. The chef put on a decent show. There was a cholds b irthday at the table, and they brought out ice cream for my son even though we were not part of their celebration. The only thing I did not like was I felt cramped in at the table because of how it is enclosed. My son and I had a great dinner, and we would definitely come back !
